Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Ask him not to hang up on callers before they have a chance to say a word.

Received call from Elliott Kimmel with NEW JERSEY BBB. HE was giving me a message for my company, but hung up before I could complete his message. I called him back got the message he wanted me to give to company finally. Hung up again before I had a chance to say anything. I feel like if he is with the BBB that he should be somewhat nice to the people/customers he is calling. He is Very Rude!! Hung up on me twice.
