I have never ever had a facial that lasted 10 minutes.

I went in for a facial with Elle. First of all, this not your typical facial/spa location. It is a rundown, old doctors office where the aesthetician is also managing the front desk. Anyway they took me in at 12:41 PM (11 minutes past my appointment time), and Elle did my "facial" in 10 minutes. I have never ever had a facial that lasted 10 minutes. She basically just washed my face and told me I'm done at 12:53. I'm shocked that I paid $100 for a 10 minute face cleansing. I could've done a MUCH better job at home myself. I truly, truly am bewildered that this happened. I've done hundreds of facials in my life and never once have I experienced anything remotely close to this. Horrible horrible. Pleaseeee stay away at all costs!!! This place is a complete scam!!! Everyone is complaining about this fraudulent place!
