Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I would give zero stars if that was an option!!

The contractor came on to my property with heavy machinery and damaged my lawn. They did not have permission to enter my property. I asked them to repair the damage that they caused and they refused. They asked for pictures and I sent pics and video. They still refused and hung up on me. Then they insulted me via text messages. My neighbor that had the work done had to call them and complain to get them to agree to come back. Then they still threatened not to come back to fix it via text messages. I had to block them. I would other potential customers to know how little they care about other peoples property. How rude and insulting that they are. Had they done their job properly, this could of been avoided. The most rude and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
