Very Poor Customer Service!!

The owner/operator of this location is extremely combative has no intention of resolving, reoccurring paying customers issues. He is extremely rude and disrespectful. You can tell he does not have customer service experience and he should probably go through the proper training. They need to put him through proper customer service training and give him tools on how to better serve the valued customers that spend their money at this business.
