Big John's

This store is a family run store, it's convenient for our family because it's close. This week on 3/4/21 an employee( Chris) came from the back walked up to the cashier while my son was paying for his items, whispered in her ear about my son and walked away then on 3/5/21. Sandy does it to my other son and she is the owner I believe. Never had a problem with any of them being rude and disrespectful to our family in the store nor my family to them but there is an issue that we are dealing with concerning a nephew of theirs and it has never been brought in the store or nothing has taken place on that property but This is very Unprofessional of this family to make us feel unwanted in that store for an unrelated problem with the store or any of the employees that work there. The nastiness and disrespect that they have shown my family while in that store is as bad as a spit in the face!! I'm very Disturbed that this has happened. I have worked in retail and You don't bring personal problems in the store nor do you Disrespect your customers in the manner that my family has been disrespected while they were in an establishment such as this! Sounds like they are in need of some customer service skills! I'd like those individuals to apologize to each of my boys that they did this to and make sure it never happens again. No one should go into a store and be made to feel this way under no circumstances.
