Poor customer service no follow up from Headquarters

The Supervisor at the store hang up the phone on me after waiting a long period for my tires to come. I felt discriminate because of my accent (my English is not that good) I couldn't defend myself well while taking with her on the phone, I tried to explain to her my situation but she really didn't care, all she said was that it was my irresponsibility if this happened to me . I end up canceling my trip for just a little help they could have done for me after waiting for so long but she didn't. I purchased all the 4 tires on October 7th and we finished with all the back and forth on November 30th. So I called the headquarters to complain they told me someone was going to call me in about 24 to 48 hours period time, I didn't hear from nobody, after that week on the following week, I gave the headquarters a call again they said that someone will be in touch with me during the next 3 days ( 72 ) hours, still until now no ones call me . So that's why I have decided to contact your company, I will really appreciate your help and support, I would like them ( bj) to compensate for my time and teach the Supervisor how to be gentle with the customer when they are not happy with the service .
