Beware, These People are Crooks

If you stay at Black Forest Lodge Big bear Lake, ca. I advise paying in cash, don't give them your credit card because these people are Crooks. I stayed There 1 night back in january and upon recieving my credit card statement I discovered That I was billed for 2 nights so I called to complain and was denied a refund for the extra night I was fraudulently billed for, they claim its my word against theirs. The bottom line is The Black forest lodge Big bear ca is so dirty and run down that they must resort to ripping people off to stay in buisness and the owner is a crook. I highly reccomend staying at the motel 6 instead, at least you can trust them with your credit card.
