Got a gift card for Christmas w 50.00$ and had not used it and now it is empty and can not get ahold of anyone to fix problem. Emailed them and got no response. Called 18895241283 that's on back of card and automated system hangs up. Pretty sure this is a scam and would like to know how to fix this problem please. Thank you Dustin Resolution Sought Give me a different gift card or refund since card was used elsewhere by someone else

I received a gift card almost a year ago now from my lite company for installing a new heat pump. When I proceeded to use the card , it had already been used. I have a picture of all the charges. I have fought with Blackeye for months to recover my $275.00. They sent me a second card. Same thing all over again . About 4 weeks ago they said they were sending me a new card. $0. Amount on it. All fraud. I am contacting my lite company to report theses issues in hopes they will discontinue using Blackhawk. This company is not doing anything to resolve this issue! Resolution Sought Mail me a card with $175 on it NotUsed! I want my total $175.
