Company will not return calls or return to make repairs

Block Construction conducted sofit, trim and gutter improvements on my home. My trim is falling off and I have called the business to make appts for the past 4 months (6 calls total) and Jim Block, the owner, will not return my calls. The company claims to assist with any issues in the future after install per the signed contract, but he clearly will not contact you again. Nothing. I will will hire another reputable company, but want buyers to beware this owner will not come back to assist or contact buyers if they call for repairs after initial install.
