I will NEVER buy or recommend this dealership

I will NEVER buy or recommend this dealership. Others have had similar experiences that I have talked to. Once you are out the door they could care less. Want to sell you all these extra services and when you try to use them they don't answer or call back, send reminders as they had stated. One service was the twice a year detail for 3 years. Never mentioned not on weekends, takes half a week day to do. We got an extended warranty and took the F150 in as the 4 wheel drive was not working. Was told after they looked at it the warranty would not cover the hub collars because we put a level kit on the truck and it would be $967.00. The guy you talk to in the office said this is very common. My husband said to bring the truck home and we would have it checked, but by an independent shop. At the shop he said it was not the hub collars at all, did not charge us and said to take it to a different ford dealer. Well turns out that what was wrong with the 4 wheel was under warranty and the service manager said it was fairly common and he had his F150 in twice for this. Be honest and treat people and customers with respect.
