Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They did the Impossible

I Would like to thank Blue Coast Home Loans, Inc. They pushed a very difficult purchase loan through underwriting in this Crazy market - the first two banks I went to declined my loan and i thought I was going to miss out on buying my dream home. I'm looking forward to using them again when I buy a rental home, and I strongly recommend that anyone reading this give them a try.
