Made a purchase, Blue Leaf did not deliver, they kept our money.

Not an honest company, use someone else. We bid on a large item when a “on line bidder” raised the price. We gave it up stating couldn’t pick item up same day. We were told we had till end of month to pick up, so we purched item. Blue Leaf then let us pick up item at a later date but new homeowner moved in early. New owner had no idea Blue Leaf still had key to house outside. Lucky didn’t get shot going into an occupied house! Blue Leaf then ignored calls and texts requesting refund. After several months Blue Leaf then threatened baseless counter suit. We took Blue Leaf to court and won. Almost a year after purchase received money back. Blue Leaf made several claims, untrue, can’t trust a company like this.
