Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Steven got fired.

So once I involved the BBB Pat the Vice President knew it was time for Steven to go. He was over promising and under delivering and never follow through. I canceled my account several months back and I Kept getting collection bills so I went up to the office and there is this mom and daughter that work up there now that are phenomenal they are trying to undo all of the mess that Steven made but they're so willing to help and addressed the issue they were able to fix my bill and make it to where it was a 0 balance and actually close the account so I will not accrue any more charges. I was so pleased to see women's faces when I walked to the door and then their customer service on top of it was perfect. I just paid another 3 months in trash service where I went to but I plan on going back to Bob's they have done right by me and I will stand by them and support them and continue to tell everyone that has had a bad experience about the changes that have been made and the way that they operate now. Thank you Pat and the ladies up front now.
