Be clear about what is being done and expected.

There were issues with the way the crew who came left my hall floor when they leveled the hall walls. While there was no gaps left in hallway, rather then put what cut out sections of the hole back where they cut them out of, they put used ply board. I had left them alone thinking I could trust this crew to do the job was my first mistake. They admitted they didn't usually work for Boleys and was concrete workers. With the help of BCA, they sent a remodeling company out to the floor back together. I could not have asked for a better job.
