She threatens us that she is going to call the cops if we aren't out by the deadline.

I don't know if you guys can help me but I have a complaint for the bananza inn & suits the lady's name is trish. My mother is disabled had cancer is heavy set with blood clots in her arms and we weren't going to meet there out deadline for the room. We explained her situation and asked for a 1hour extension because of her disability and she threatens us that she is going to call the cops if we aren't out by the deadline. I came to the front desk to file a complaint with trish who threatens to call the cops and did call but they said they don't take complaints and can't give me owners info so I can complain. I took his name indi and hers trish down on paper and said I was going to find away to make a complaint. When I got back to the room my fiancé tells me they just got a call and thy said we were kicked out of the room. We rented two rooms the jacuzzi suite and a room across with two queen beds because I went to the desk to file a complaint which never happened because they don't have a place to file or info on who or were to complain. They retaliated by kicking us out and calling the cops in our second room I have my handicap mother who is a cancer patient and one and a half year old and three other children sitting outside with all our stuff I need to know information on how to file and complain on these people to get them fired because what they did is absolutely unacceptable to do to disabled people I'm appalled and disgusted at the service and them calling cop. helpme
