I bought a new phone, I've had service with them for 8-9 years. I received an email stating I qualified for an upgrade. I ordered a iphone 16, I gave them a 100 deposit and financed the rest. I received it, tried for 4 days to activate. They stated it was software update issues, so I ended up going through a different provider. Which required me to buy a new phone since the other one was locked. They wont return the phone, even though the policy states within 30 days I can return. I've been to the store, called customer service, and no one will help. They are trying to stall to waste the 30days so I will then have to pay for the phone. Resolution Sought to return the phone and not be liable to the cost of a phone I can not even use.

I ordered an iPhone on April 18, 2025 directly from the company. I was told it would ship in 2 days. I called back after 2 days and was then told it would be 3-5 business days. Called back after 5 days and then was told it would ship 7-10 days. Still no tracking info and no phone. I then called back and was told that it was on back order and I should have it by May 2. No phone. Called back and then told it was escalated to an escalation team and would reach out when they discovered where the phone was. Asked if they would cancel the order and refund my money on May 5th and was told since it was escalated that the order couldn't be canceled. Still to this day , no phone and no answers and no refund. I get the same response every time I call and after I wait over 45 minutes for them to pass me around to different people and departments. Still no resolution. Resolution Sought I no longer want to do business with them and I want my money back so I may go to a more reputable provider. I want my order cancelled, cancel my account with them and refund my money now!
