This business 3 times had me come to the store saying they open.

This business 3 times had me come to the store saying they open. Every time at 10 am, not only 3 times had me come from San Bernardino saying all kinds of hours and never showing up to open. I called him at his phone and business and he only respond i will be there in an hour. we wait 3 hours and nothing. To close if it is that they will it ever open or pay for my gas already 3 times $150
