My mom and i have been going there for 15 years and will never step foot there again.

On Sunday 9/9/18 i sent my boyfriend in the store to get me a box of wine as i had gotten off work and wanted to relax and enjoy my only day that i get off before 1am. We got home and put the wine on the kitchen table and went down stairs to put kids down for a nap. When i went back up stairs to the kitchen i picked up the box and noticed it leaking. The box was never opened. I then called the store as between my mom and i we are regular customers there. When i called i was told they could not exchange the box of wine i would have to wait and talk to the owner on Monday morning. This is the second time i have received a leaking box of wine. The first time i taped the box as leak was coming from top of bag but this time it was coming from the bottom. They refused to give me an exchange or even help me. I told them id be reporting them and never had a problem with any other store like this. My mom put the box of wine in a bag and took it back up to the store when she shook the box and put it on counter and they looked they saw it was leaking and ONLY because they knew my mom they exchanged it for her as they told her that i would no longer be allowed to shop at there store. They assumed because they supposedly found a box in the back of the store with no wine bag in it that i was trying to put a half empty bag in the box and bring it back all because my boyfriend is Spanish. This place is racist and judgmental
