They didn't have cash on hand to cash out lottery ticket.

I went today at 3 to cash a lottery ticket worth $500 dollars. I was told they didn't have the money on hand to pay me. I go to this location at least twice a week to buy tickets. They always take my money. They should a lottery reserve on hand to pay winners. They never refuse to accept money they should also be prepared to pay it out.
