Sold me a lemon and gave me a hard time about fixing anything. Never fixed a recall.

Sold me a lemon and gave me a hard time about fixing anything. Even saying they fixed a recall and never did. 4 years of transmission issues and car not working properly. I found out the transmission harness recall was never completed. I had issues from 4,000 miles up to 72,000ish. And after 3 dealerships and a few mechanics later, I believe my car is finally working properly. I complained to Chrysler by email with no response. I have emails, bills, diagnostic paper work, pictures and videos on my phone of over 4 years of issues. I have missed work, walked home, paid other dealerships and mechanics to help with finding what is wrong. To find out all along Fairway Ford never did a major recall and Paul Brown Dodge from Olean NY had to fight for the part to fix my car.
