Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Fire her. honestly no one needs this attitude when they simply go to possibly distress and relax.

I went in to what was supposed to be just a simple gel color change.. which turned into a ridiculous argument with this rude lady named Nina so she said her name was.. she became extremely annoyed and rude after i asked her to file my nails a tiny bit shorter, she wanted to clip them.. i said no just file them i still want them same length just straight and square. She then shouted! well you should have done it at home yourself! i responded that's why i came here plus this is your job right? she stood up and said I'm not finishing, leaving me half way done.. not to mention she was shouting the whole time! someone else took over her job because she has no reason to even….. work here! need to be fired immediately! I went in for a relax time not for what this turned into I actually left super stressed and achy shoulders as well as a headache.
