On Saturday Dec 15 2018 I stopped at the brothers food store located at 3528 I 10 service rd W in Metairie la to fill my car with gas I pulled up to pump 5 and used my Exxon rewards card and speed pass.whien I used my speed pas which I have used at this store before on pimp kept saying authorizing which went on for about 10 minutes it would not dispense any gas so I went into the store and advised a white male behind the counter I was having a problem with the pump he apparently was in charge he started shouting out loud that ther was nothing he could about my problem I asked him if he could shut the pump off from the inside and screamed at me that he could not shut the pump off from inside and there was nothing he couldn't you have to turn the pump off at the pump he was very loud and the store was filled with customers I went back to the pump and tried to cancel the purchase which it failed to after about 15 minutes I left on Monday I called Exxon and no purchases were make on my card the complaint is the attitude of the person on the store and his refusal to help me with my problem and his screaming at me. Nothing I just want his attitude to Chang and to help people with problems
