I will never recommend this place to anyone

My girlfriend and I went in to trade in our car and we talked to a sales agent and were even given a trade in but they told us we needed to bring in bank statements after we did that we were told that they would get with the bank about it. We had just got home when we got a call telling us to bring the car back. The lone manger was very rude with us. And I will never recommend this place to anyone. You don't want me to answer.
