Poor customer service

I walked into the store started looking around they do not provide carts for you there not that I seen I seen a backpack that I liked I put it on my back continue to shopping as my arms were filling up I get to the clothing part of the store and the manager of the store walks around and tells me let me take that backpack up to the front I said what are you talkin about she said yeah I want to take it to the front to make sure you don't walk out with it I said you know what you can take all of this stuff because I don't want to spend my money with somebody who thinks I'm going to steal from them somebody who profiles me as a thief so I handled everything that I had in my arms pull my cash out shoulder that I had money that I didn't need to steal walk to the front ask the cashier who's the manager was she said it was the lady that just walked back and talk to me I said okay is there any way that you can give me the owner's phone number the cashier said no she doesn't he doesn't give out that number I said okay that's fine can you give him my number and I'll write you down my phone number for him to call me and the manager walks up to me at the front counter and says takes the pain out of my hand she snatches the pin out of my hand and tells me no you're not going to leave your number and you need to leave here now and if you ever come back again it'll be trespassing that to me was so embarrassing there was about 50 people in the store she did this in front of all of those peopl
