Krista is completely unprofessional. Wish I knew who I was doing business with before I spent over $20,000 on rent in 12 months. I was hung up on TWICE by Krista who says she is the owner. I was ignored 3 times for simple requests of repairs needed to bring house back to original condition. Smells like a scam. Krista Refused multiple times to give out ANY contact info for Gary who is the registered owner. I had to write a certified signature required letter to Gary to only be told from Gary that " I could see no reason for me getting into the middle of your dispute." As a local business owner myself, it is the owners responsibility to over see all issues that are brought to your specific attention, especially when your assistance is requested in written format from a customer. If i had to sum up my experience with Buffington Prop management, I would say that I am disappointed that I didn't research the reviews for this business, because I would have definitely chosen another business to spend my money with. I hope that my review will help potential buyers/renters to choose wisely. We spend a lot of our income on our housing. We should be selective on who's pockets we line.
