Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I ordered a one time box for my dog to try this company Bullymake and was charged shipping as it was a one time trial. Now I got charged a second box without my authorization. I have tried contacting them and they refuse to refund me claiming that the box shipped which it has not. The box is supposedly shipped today yet they are closed and so is DHL. I have tried reaching out to them and DHL and they will not answer. I tried email and the chat now option, the chat person kicked me out without any explanation. I am frustrated as this is robbery. Resolution Sought Refund of my money.
