Not a honest company

Bulwark damaged multiple items including curtains and shoes during a treatment. They said they would provide compensation to replace items. Multiple calls and emails promising to rectify over a 3 month period. Nothing has been resolved. Now they won't even respond to a complaint with the BBB.
