Fire the staff or train them not to be like they are entitled

My daughter who is 16 went through the drive thru at around 8:40 pm on January 27, 2022 to order a fry and sweet tea. There was a black lady at the window and had white and black braids. when my daughter got to the window there was apparently an altercation with the girl and a manager. The girl gave my daughter her tea and threw off her headset and was going to quit. The manager said if she walked out the door she was fired. She came back to the window and put her headset back on and looked at my 16 year old like why she was still waiting. She hadnt gotten her fries yet or paid. She told the girls about the fries and this person gave them to her and looked at her like she should leave. My daughter had not paid and wasnt sure the extact total so she gave the girl about $4 or 5 dollars and the girl took it and said nothing to her. Very rude especially to a kid. I want this to be made right. Someone needs to look at survelience cameras on 1/27/22 around 8:40 or so with a teenage girl in a black ford. she was shook up when she got home and one that girl needs to be fired and two how to retify the situation. That was a very bad situation for my daughter to be put into at 16 and she didnt know what to do or say. I will go to corporate unless I get a asap response to either my cell or email. or i will go to corporate and have this location investigated for not caring about customers and having a 16 yr old witness what she did.
