Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Learn sum respect and do there job right that's for mangers as well she wouldn't tell me her name or a number to call.

My food was cold. I waited on fresh food after they messed up my whole order never gave me fresh fries after waiting. Once I got home my 34 dollar order was not made right. I told them no sauce on the sandwiches cause they always put to much i didn't think to cheek my food for a second time. I called today with my receipt and I guess they cant do nothing cause my name was never wrote down when I know we called them. The main manger was rude hanged up on me once I asked for the main number. I work in fast food and I think burger king does a poor job on there service if someone has to wait on fresh food or a wait on something you make sure they get fresh fries after second time ob making there food looks like they would of got it right.
