I felt violated

I was trying on clothing in a dressing room a person knocked on the door of the dressing room I occupied. The door was locked so I did not bother answering the person did not identify themselves before unlocking and entering the dressing room I occupied. I felt violated and racially profiled being a person of color. Take action against employee possibly termination also some type of compensation for the mental anguish and embarrassment due to employee actions.
