Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I would recommend Alliance to anyone I know that would have a similar issue.

I want to thank you for the help you gave me to resolve the Rooms To Go Issue that I had with them. I communicated with them both verbally and in four correspondences in letters. It went round and round and round… same responses from their Customer Service Department, as if they were not even reading the letters and just shuffling paper to make it look like they were really doing something. I first contacted you on Dec 8, 2022 and filed my issue with RTG. The matter was resolved on January 9, 2023. I would recommend Alliance to anyone I know that would have a similar issue. Again, Thank you for you Professional help in this matter.
