Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Loses data too often to be useful

In sales everything is about ROI, right? Well, this CRM is NOT WORTH the money at all. When you are developing leads in a pipeline, especially in a longer sales cycle, ongoing notes are critical to success. However, this CRM randomly deletes stored data (seemingly at will), and then to access their back up, they wanted to charge me, seriously? Your inefficient program loses my data and I have to pay to restore it? I have switched to Insightly and it crushes this, oh and their free account allows 2500 records, and a paid account is less per month then ETouch. Being in sales over two decades, I can say without hesitation this; Business ETouch is has been a colossal waste of my time and money.
