Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. Excellent work designing, installing and maintaining landscaping in front and back gardens

Barb did a wonderful job of designing and installing (with her crew!) the landscaping in both front and back of our house in Alameda. She is great to work with and completely compensated for our lack of horticultural knowledge! The landscaping is continuing to grow in nicely and provides ongoing color and texture. We love it. The Garden Girls (aka Butler Landscaping?) now does approximately quarterly maintenance for us to help us keep on top of things both with the plantings and our original trees as well as the suspect sprinkler/drip system. In all things the pricing is reasonable and well worth the money. We highly recommend Barb and her team.
