"I am filing this complaint against BuyGoods regarding an incomplete refund. I was charged a total of $3,250.00 MXN ($650.00 MXN for AI, $1,300.00 MXN for Pro, and $1,300.00 MXN for Ultra). The company claims to have issued a full refund, but I only received $2,972.03 MXN. They are withholding $277.97 MXN, claiming currency exchange differences. I demand a 100 refund of the original amount in Mexican Pesos (MXN) as originally charged. Support Agent 'Tay' has refused to settle this." Resolution Sought "I want BuyGoods to refund the remaining $277.97 MXN to my account to match the exact total of the original transaction in my local currency."

I bought Lipozem and it wasn't working so I sent it back and sent two emails to their support with no replies. My product was delivered back to them on December 5 2024. The email support said they would get back to me within 48 hours. I sent one December 24, 2024 and one yesterday. The product isn't what is described. Resolution Sought Refund as promised. They have a 180 day money back guarantee
