rudest and most unprofessional

Your employee Blake is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met. I am a long time resident of Palisade, And I have never been treated so bad. My wife and I went to cash in a lottery ticket and replay the new ticket the same way. He did NOT give us what we wanted. We wanted one ticket with four flays for different drawings. He gave us 2 tickets for one draw for 6.00. I told him that was not what we wanted. Then he gave us 2 tickets with 4 draws. When I told him that we only wanted 1 he started yelling at us and said thatis what we said. I told him that I never said that I wanted 2 tickets. He repeatidley yelled and told us that we didn't know what the hell we wanted. He refused to sell us the ticket we wanted and said that he would buy the tickets himself. We have been buying the same tickets at your store for years and hav never been treated so bad. This guy obviousley does NOT know what he is doing and has nu business dealing with the public. I think that he needs to be FIRED. I have heard that he is in line for store manager. You will loose me as a customer if this happens. I buy gas there quite often.
