Comments and Analysis

In April, 1994 we requested that the company provide substantiation that they actually cleared credit and made loans. Also, we asked that they provide evidence of licensing to engage in those activities. They have not supplied any of the information. This company is not licensed to engage in lending money, credit repair services, or assisting others in obtaining loans. No licenses are on file with either the Department of Corporations or the Attorney General. In addition, they have not posted the required $100,000 bond. Also, it is unlawful to collect any money in advance of performing this type of service. The complaint history shows beginning August 19, 1994, all complaint mail was returned as undeliverable. Company phones on file either do not answer or are disconnected. The Los Angeles Police Department confirms the company is out of business. In spite of these facts, we continue to receive inquiries and complaints. We have no record of a current address or phone for the company.
