Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This company engages in misleading ad practices, by advertising in help wanted sections of newspapers. It does not hire anyone for the advertised jobs. In fact, the firm sells information on possible sources of those jobs, rather than the service respondents are led to believe the company will provide. On October 16, 1996 mail sent to the company was returned by the Post Office marked, moved left no forwarding. Use careful consideration. Addresses are generally mail drops, advertised phone numbers reach recordings or answering services, and no local phone numbers are listed, making it nearly impossible to reach company personnel. Rather than make an immediate decision, insist that the company confirm the offer and all verbal promises in writing. Never give personal information, especially concerning bank accounts or credit cards, over the phone to an unknown company. Our experience with such offers indicates it is extremely difficult if not impossible to obtain a refund in spite of any promises to the contrary.
