Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Outstanding products and fantastic delivery!

As a business consultant, I was overjoyed to discover Great American Bullion! Not just for my personal investment, but also for my clients who were looking to expand their portfolio. The service is outstanding! My representative explained the different programs including IRA accounts, their Gold Savings Plan and the buy-back program (which I couldn't find anywhere else). Plus, he went over the amazing variety of products available.
