Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I want this business to start treating customers with respect, and to obey laws.

The Owner, Ms. White allows unlicensed people to bartend at her bar. She also has no running hot water. It has been several weeks now since she had any running hot water. She also screamed in my face about bringing food into her bar and told me to get out. However, she allows other customers to bring food into the bar. She also allows customers to bring their little kids into the bar. She claims to know the laws, but it does not seem like she even knows how to run a business. She also maybe not reporting truthful information on her alcohol sales as well. She is also very racial. She favors black people a lot, but white people she constantly treats with no respect. I want this business to start treating customers with respect, and to obey laws.
