Cabernet Frank's

When I call the state troopers to have them remove their customers from parking on the sidewalk the Troopers come and look at them and just drive right past them doesn't tell them to move or even bother going in the bar and ask them if they going to move their cars now the last time I looked it was illegal to park on the sidewalk can somebody explain to me why there's nobody doing anything to them from parking on the sidewalk is it because they are customers of Cavalry Frank for and they don't want to bother them customers so that's why they let them break the law. I want them to keep their customers off the sidewalk and do not lock the streets up like they do and try to keep the music down because it's annoying.
