Cactus Towing

Cactus Towing was to pick up my disabled vehicle Sunday evening and deliver it to Lockhart Cadillac in Fishers In Cactus Towing was contacted by Cadillac Roadside Assistance at before 9:10 pm and agreed to pick up my vehicle asap. I was sent a text message that Cactus would pick up my vehicle between 11:10 and 11:20 pm. At 9:50pm I received a text that Cactus Towing was on schedule. At 11:20 pm I received a text that Cactus Towing should be arriving soon. My vehicle was at a loca several miles from my house at a family members residence and I went to sleep. I received a call from my family member at 7:30 am this morning that my vehicle had not been picked up. I called Cactus Towing and inquired why my vehicle had not been picked up and was told by their dispatcher that Cadillac Roadside assistance had canceled the tow. I was told by Cadillac Roadside Assistance that I was told a lie that they would never cancel a tow without contacting the customer and there was absolutely no reason for them to do so.
