They are a terrible retailer and buyer beware of their return policy or lack thereof

"This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They refused to refund an item (color wheel by Kurt Adler) after sending me a defective item. I called to return the item and they told me I was past the return period by fifteen days. The general manager, janel, claimed that her system didn't allow her to complete a return. She was not understanding nor helpful in any way. DO NOT BUY FROM CALSPLASH"
