DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!

Do not hire this company or Florencio Garcia. We hired him to do our pool and he did not get any permits before he started digging, which come to find out the work he did do was completely incorrect and we had to spend so much money fixing it bsc we realized how beyond incompetent he is. He lied to us, stole money from us, falsified his license number on the contract, put people in danger by having men go down 15ft holes digging by hand with no OSHA permit, then went MIA. We went after his bond, but it was exhausted due to someone else's claim so he is working w/out a bond. Do not give this man a dime.
