The work they did was great.
This was my first time using Cali-Rooter & Plumbing and they did a good job. Overall the work they did was great, they replaced my entire sewer line. I know that John is super busy because the quality of the work he does is in high demand. I will say they keep in good communication if I called or text they got back to me right away. I was happy that he sent me updates on the day the job was done because I was at work, I wish they would have been in real time but I understand that they have a job to do. The only minor issue that I did have was it took some time to get a receipt but eventually I did get it. Overall though they are a good company with reasonable prices and quality work I would recommend them to anyone who was need of a reliable plumber.
