BEWARE

Hired Mr. Lozano for a 4-5 week project that is now going on 12 months. He damaged property and didn't refund it to me even though it was stated on the contract he was responsible for any and all damages. He doesn't show up when he says he will and pops in randomly with random people he hires as he goes, he does not have actual workers. He does not go by his contract timeline and instead asks to get paid in advance and then disappears for weeks at a time. Every aspect of this project had to be redone multiple times due to poor craftsmanship.
