Misconduct misinformation leading on clients protect their own Interest.

I applied for a refinance is 3 months ago with this company they told me what I need to do with my tax returns I complied they gave me exact details of the refinance what it would entail I complied I did exactly what they said I was getting the loan the appraisal was getting set I was signing documents six weeks go by during that time I'm told everything is OK everything looks good and promising couple more weeks go by they drop my loan they don't tell me why they don't and for me and he details and now I cannot get a refinance I've never experienced a level of unprofessionalism and confidence actions process. This company's license should be suspended or documented for misconduct misinformation leading on clients protect their own Interest.
