Family felt like they were being scammed.

My family spent two hours traveling to look at a vehicle that the company had failed to inform them was sold. Family felt like they were being scammed. They had contacted dealership night before and in the morning to let them know they were coming. Take responsibility and better themselves so that this doesn't happen to someone else. They wasted our time and gas when they simply could of said the truck was sold. Bad management to not know your inventory. They aren't a major car dealership with that much inventory. A good manager would know what has and has not been sold.
