Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Quality Work That’s Reasonably Priced

CAM Home Services has provided many services to me over the years, ranging from house painting to installation of wide plank wooden flooring to, most recently, the staining of my back deck. They also do smaller jobs, such as minor carpentry and touch-up painting. Not only do they do they provide prompt and thorough services, but they do great work. Claudio, the owner, often is personally involved and he’s excellent.
