She made numerous mistakes throughout the process; try to blame the mortgage company.

The title company was supposed to turn in the paperwork to the township for my taxes. She scanned in the wrong paperwork, had me sign the wrong stuff and come back into her office to sign it; then she decided not to take accountability and kick me out of the office; told me to leave. She would not answer my calls; she would not fix it and she would not take responsibility. She made numerous mistakes throughout the process, try to blame the mortgage company even talked about the guy that she sent to her house to sign the papers and then still sent the incorrect papers and now we are responsible for the winter taxes even though we paid it in escrow.
