Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. She has worked over time to get my stuff done. We have shipped our documents priority mail and never had any issues. I have used Gail for 14 years.

Gail takes care of all my accounting, bookkeeping and my year-end close out. She has worked over time to get my stuff done. We started with her when she lived in Anchorage. She is now in Texas and I am in Anchorage, Alaska. We have shipped our documents priority mail and never had any issues. I have used Gail for 14 years. My CPA loves her books and it has always worked out really well. I would highly recommend her. Some of her payrolls are tough to decipher, but she has done a great job and everything zeros out at the end of the year. Candlelite Bookkeeping has a very reasonable hourly rate. If I could rate her 6 stars I would rate her that!
